The Syndicate Manager service has been designed to cater for those who wish to form their own racing syndicate or partnership with family, friends, colleagues
or even on a commercial basis, but are unsure how to proceed or are daunted at the prospect
The Syndicate Manager service is included in the weekly Syndicate Manager training fee of £192.50 plus VAT.

As detailed in the above list, we will obtain sales catalogues for you and we will offer help and support both prior to and on sales days until you have made
your purchase
We will guide you through the paperwork required to register your syndicate or partnership to ensure you comply with the Rules of Racing
Sponsorship and VAT administration will be undertaken for
you and we will register and order your racing colours in line
with your chosen design
Your horse will be trained to the standards expected at
Northgate Lodge and we will liaise with you concerning entries, race planning and jockey requirements. We will also contact the racecourse on race days to organise owners badges for your syndicate members or
partners, obtaining discounts for extra badges where possible
Finally, keeping the partnership informed and regularly updated can be one of the most demanding roles. The Syndicate Manager service provides a
password protected website for the private and exclusive use of your partnership or syndicate members
Members can log in for training news, entry updates & reports on how their horse is progressing. A
private telephone hotline is also provided as an alternative and companion service to the website. This will be on our 0870 6260003 telephone hotline number with calls charged at normal national rates and not
premium rates. The website and hotline will be operated and updated by Garry Marshall who is the Racing Manager at Northgate Lodge
Garry already manages the Northgate Lodge partnerships plus the Racing Club
and will be available as your dedicated point of contact to answer all your questions and ensure your partnership or syndicate runs smoothly
