Poker Terms Glossary
Big Slick - Being dealt an Ace and a King as your first 2 cards
Flop - Games are played with five community cards. The first three are dealt at the same time, face-up, and are called the "flop"
Turn - The fourth community card
River - The fifth community card
Straight - Five cards of any suit in ascending order. Ace can be high or low
Northgate Poker deals you ‘Big Slick’. Then comes the ‘Flop’ followed by the ‘Turn and River’. You have a ‘Straight’ to give you the winning hand !
